The New Moroccan Restaurant in Hampstead Designed to Be the Perfect Backdrop for Your Instagram Pic

A new all-day dining bistro in Hampstead aptly named “Café Hampstead” has an interior totally made for those perfectly styled Instagram pics.

Inspired by Tel Aviv café culture, inside this former pub you will find crushed green velvet banquettes, dark wooden floors, and a heavy dose of green foliage, creating an airy and contemporay dining space.

The space is bringing some serious soul back to Hampstead Village, by serving up authentic and delicious food alongside fine cocktails and wines in a open atmosphere.

The bistro is set over two floors and has a vintage style cocktail bar upstairs which serves a fine selection of drinks. Whilst here, diners can enjoy Middle-Eastern sharing plates throughout the day and evening. They have a breakfast menu where you can feast on spicy shakshuka and scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. Or diners can try something a little different, such as their challa French toast with peach compote and crème fraîche.

If you fancy going here for lunch or dinner, you can enjoy some crowd-pleasing sharing dishes including, pittas, hummus and cauliflower served with tahini, tomatoes and sumac, as well as main dishes with Moroccan lentil stew and lamb ragu among the many options.
